The Center for Elder Care provides service to those aged 65 and older.
FIRST VISIT
In addition to a photo ID and all insurance cards, please bring all your current medications with you to the appointment, including over the counter medications.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS
Same Day appointments are available on an urgent base need every day of the week during office hours for established patients.
NO SHOWS
Available appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely care.
To cancel an appointment, please let us know 24 hours prior to the time of your appointment.
