The Center for Elder Care is a specialty primary care clinic that was founded in 2009 by Dr. Zaheer Khan and focuses on the unique needs of elderly adults. It aims to promote health by preventing and treating diseases in older adults. Our staff offers a deep respect for the people they care for and a commitment to working with patients, family members, and caregivers to ensure quality of life and health.

Our goal is to provide quality, comprehensive care for the aging population. After the age of 65, older adults require specialized care due to complicated issues that arise as the body ages. Our staff is uniquely and specifically trained for this stage of life and are committed to serving our patients and our community.
