We receive multiple phone calls daily and this is one way that we hope will expedite our communication system by decreasing hold times and improving access.
We do ask that you call if you need to be seen for a sick visit or to reschedule an appointment. Please let us know if you have misplaced your Patient Portal user name OR password and we will create a new one for you.
